- Cleaning – Your rug will be professionally cleaned using the process that best suits your rug. Some rugs are best suited to the dry-cleaning process, some may require a combination of dry cleaning and hot water extraction and others may require full submersion cleaning in our specialised rug bath.
- Fibre rinsing & deodorising – This is where we apply our specialised solution to remove any sticky residues and any remaining unwanted odours from your rug leaving it feeling soft and silky smooth and smelling fresh.
- Drying process – Once the cleaning process is completed, we groom your rug and place it in our specialised humidity controlled drying room.
